How to Request a Return
- Email us at admin@roo-mahku.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
- We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.
- Pack your items securely in their original packaging and ship them back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (minus any shipping fees) to your original payment method.
Please note that each piece is handmade, resulting in slight variations that give each piece its unique charm.
